Please note all photography sessions are covered by the following terms and conditions, all bookings adhere to the following terms and conditions
The photographer is responsible for providing for the client a photographic service and products as detailed on their invoice. The client undertakes to engage the photographer for this coverage for the price as detailed in section Payment Arrangements and as per their invoice. 
Payment Arrangements
The client will pay the photographer a total fee outlined on their invoice subject to the following terms: 
A non refundable booking deposit - booking fee of $100 for sessions under $1000 or 10% for bookings over $1000, payment to the balance of the invoice no later than one week before the date of the photo session. Payment of the deposit incurs client agreement with all the terms and conditions.
Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the date of the wedding will require payment in full. All cancellations must be in writing. The cancellation conditions above will apply for postponed weddings if the photographer is not able to re-schedule for the new date and time. The fee for postponed weddings is subject to change. 
Any additional payments for albums and other services are to be made when that order is placed. Prices for orders placed over one year after the date of the wedding may be subject to change. This includes orders that are part of the initial wedding package e.g. the bride and groom’s album. 

Exclusive Photographer
Photographer shall be the exclusive photographer retained by Client for the purpose of photographing the wedding day. Family and friends will be permitted to photograph at the
wedding as long as they do not interfere with the duties of Photographer, and
additionally, will be asked not to take pictures while Photographers are posing the couple, bridal party, or families. This is to avoid any distraction of the couple or bridal party during the photographic sessions.

Artistic License
Photographer shall be granted full artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. Photographer will not be held responsible for the lack of coverage
caused for the following reasons: The client or clients of a photoshoot, bride, groom, family or wedding party not being on time, The client or clients of a photoshoot, The bride, groom, family or wedding party members being impaired by the use of drugs or alcohol, bride, groom, family or wedding party members unavailable when called on for a posed photograph, the wedding and or photoshoot running late or if restrictions regarding photography at the desired location of the wedding and or photoshoot are in force.

Copyright
The entire copyright in the photographs is retained by the photographer at all times throughout the world. Where a disc of photographs has been provided to the bride and groom as part of their wedding collection, these photographs may be printed, and displayed online, for personal but not commercial use. 
The photographer retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting his work. 
Image Size, Colour, Style and Composition
All image sizes are approximate. The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. It is sometimes not possible to record on film or in print the exact colour as seen by the human eye. There is no right to reject on the basis of style or composition. 
Attendance
In the unlikely event of the photographer is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, the photographer reserves the right to appoint another photographer to attend on his behalf to undertake the photography. 
Limitation of liability
In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the invoice. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss. 
All clients are directed to have read and understood the above and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety.
